We are celebrating the completion of the Westlake Dr. project. It is a contemporary custom with a serene view of Austin Country Club golf course!

We are thrilled about the completion of a “turn of the century” gem in Rollingwood, as well as the breaking ground of a new project just blocks away!

The breaking ground of the “off the grid” home in Moody, Texas has begun. We are excited to see it come together!

We are excited to be celebrating this year our 20th anniversary of the founding of James D. LaRue Architects. Founded in 1989, James D. LaRue Architects has designed over 400 homes and has the most promising and talented staff in its history. The best is yet to come!

We also would like to announce the breaking ground of 3 new homes. One is a two-story hacienda on the coast in Corpus Christi, Texas, another is a Mediterranean mansion on Lake Austin, and the third is a contemporary jewel in Westlake.

We welcome Emily L. Marks as a new addition to our team. Emily received her Masters Degree in 2003 from Tulane University and brings to our firm 4.5 years experience in commercial design with an emphasis in Graphic Communication. She will serve as Project Manager benefiting our firm with her broad technical foundation, her skills in graphic work and her interest in green building initiatives.
