The home’s transparency begins at the entry, where a clear view extends straight through to the lake beyond. The 12-foot tall sliding glass doors, elegantly finished in a warm wood tone, effortlessly link the indoor living room to the covered outdoor living space, and onward to the infinity edge pool, vast lawn, and the serene waters of the lake. This intentional design element enhances the sense of openness and connection with nature and creates a sense of easy lakeside living. Regional Lueders limestone, wood and plaster soffits, and metal panels make up the materials palette, nodding to vernacular character while providing a timeless contemporary design aesthetic.
