Lake Austin, TX
Only a nod of the original hexagon-shaped structure remains of this site-specific (extensive) addition + remodel. Situated high above Lake Austin, the view out of the house is equally stunning as the view of the house from the water, and the outdoor living space is equally occupied as the interior space of the home. Expansive glass, vernacular limestone, low-maintenance metal wall panels, and wood soffits and accents are essential elements to the composition of the home, all referencing easy lake living and regional materials.
